PokerStars Now Accepts Italian Players

Italian players can now play real money tournaments on the PokerStars.it client, but not ring games. Any Italian player that signs up at PokerStars from Italy will be directed to PokerStars.it and the PokerStars.it client will only be available for players within Italy. Moreover, the tournaments will only have players within Italy participating.

Of course Euros is the default currency.
